I built the Cite Vow Sanctuary demo (skynetlabs vow sanctuary demo) for an Upwork wedding vow service in 3 design iterations to a MODERN luxury accept. I shipped Wellness DNA, a 5 variant Next.js demo with React 19 plus R3F v9 helix 3D, in 5 days. I built the GutReno pre launch demo for a colon and rectal surgeon. I shipped the wrestling event landing demo on a tight Fiverr spec. I built 20 niche demos for SkynetLabs in one sprint. None of these are mockups. They are deployed.

Pricing

Founder rate starts at 1,500 USD for a 4 page pre launch site. 8 page founder site lands at 3,500 USD. E commerce or multilingual scale higher with custom scope. Half upfront, half on launch.

FAQ

WordPress or Next.js?
Next.js if you want speed, animation, and a custom feel and you do not need non technical content edits. WordPress if your team will be editing pages weekly. I recommend on the kickoff call.

Do you write the copy?
Yes. I run a structured interview, capture your voice, and write every page. You edit. I do not use a generic AI dump. The copy passes my own humanizer pass before delivery.

Can I bring my own designer?
Yes, but it slows things down and I will not own the result. The fast path is I drive both design and dev with your input.

What about hosting cost?
Vercel hobby is free for most pre launch sites. WordPress runs on Hostinger or Cloudways from 10 to 30 USD per month. I include hosting recommendations on the kickoff.

Will you fix bugs after launch?
14 days post launch is included. After that, ad hoc work is billed hourly or you move to a small monthly retainer.
