How I work

1. Discovery call (free) — 30 minutes. Map current workflow, identify the compounding cost of manual work, and propose an automation shape.
2. Scope + SOW — fixed-fee or retainer. Milestones, acceptance criteria, rollout plan.
3. Build — staging environment first, daily progress, weekly demos.
4. Launch — production cutover with monitoring, docs, and a 14-day stabilization window.
5. Grow — optional retainer for ongoing optimization, new workflows, and system expansion.
