Problem
The founder was running Instagram DMs as the booking flow — slow, lossy, and zero pipeline visibility. Needed a site that matched a $2k/night rental price point without looking like a template.
Approach
Chose React + Vite + Tailwind for ship speed. Built a design system with gold/navy glassmorphism, 5 hero variants (price-led, luxury-led, event-led, corporate-led, private-led) for A/B testing. WhatsApp deeplinks with pre-filled quote request messages.
