A Peruvian hepatologist needed a bilingual course platform with LATAM-friendly payments, Vimeo video hosting, and progress tracking. Delivered two coordinated WP themes ready for cPanel deploy.
Problem
Off-the-shelf LMS plugins either lacked Spanish UX, failed on Mercado Pago integration, or looked consumer-tier (not medical-professional). Existing course had no secure video delivery or gated access.
Approach
Built two themes: `juliosm-main` for the pro-site homepage + marketing, `juliosm-academia` for the LMS subdomain. Tutor LMS as the course engine, Vimeo OAuth for video hosting, Mercado Pago REST plugin for payments. ACF for content flexibility.
